·All registration fees must be PAID IN FULL before CEU Certificates can be printed from the IHCA-ICAL website.
·Certificates of Attendance will NOT be mailed to attendees/facilities/organizations. Attendees can print their own CEU certificates beginning Friday, May 2, 2014. Please follow the steps below to easily access your CEU Certificate.
·Step 1: On or after Friday, May 2nd, visit the IHCA-ICAL homepage at www.ihca-ical.org and look for the light blue box on left side, directly below the logo. Click on the orange button titled, "Get Your CEU Certificate". You will be redirected to our certificate management website, CEU Avenue. Here you will choose your facility/organization name from the drop down; and type in your first/last name (exactly as it appears on your name badge). ·Step 2: Click on "View Your Attendance History", if everything has been entered correctly, you will see a webpage that includes your name and attendance history to all IHCA-ICAL events. Find the correct event and click on “Take Survey”. Once you complete a short evaluation/survey of that event, click on the "Print Certificate" link. (Firefox and Chrome are recommended for printing CEU Certificates).
