Participants in this webinar will gain an understanding of what might fail in the continuum of care between your community and the psychiatric hospital prior to admission; what might fail after returning the resident to the community after discharge from a psychiatric hospital; and how to partner with a psychiatric hospital to ensure an optimal transition between provider settings.

He comes to us with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Ohio University, and a Master’s Degree in Business and Healthcare from the University of Phoenix. He also is a current Doctoral Candidate of Healthcare Administration. Chuck's Doctoral Dissertation is focusing on staff stress and burnout in Assisted Living Facilities dealing with behavioral patients.
