Participants in this webinar will gain an understanding of what might fail in the continuum of care between your community and the psychiatric hospital prior to admission; what might fail after returning the resident to the community after discharge from a psychiatric hospital; and how to partner with a psychiatric hospital to ensure an optimal transition between provider settings.

Chuck has an extensive knowledge of behavioral and residential care facilities. He comes to us with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Ohio University, and a Master’s Degree in Business and Healthcare from the University of Phoenix. He also is a current Doctoral Candidate of Healthcare Administration. Chuck's Doctoral Dissertation is focusing on staff stress and burnout in Assisted Living Facilities dealing with behavioral patients. Chuck is passionate about caring and providing the best possible care for patients with dementia and/or psychiatric illness. He is an active member of the Idaho Health Care Association - Idaho Center for Assisted Living and we are excited to have him share his expertise with us!
